Here are my top 5 crowd favorite dairy recipes with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and milk, full of flavor, and quality nutrients.
It’s hard to believe, but I’m celebrating my 5th anniversary as an ambassador for the National Dairy Council! Over the years, we’ve been making delicious recipes, educating the public, and busting myths about dairy.
I don’t just choose any company to represent. I carefully select my sponsors. I must be aligned with their mission and believe that the food, product, or supplement benefits you while also enjoying it myself. This way I can ensure that I can provide you with the best information and products.
So today, I am reflecting on that time, and sharing the top 5 recipes from my blog and social media channels over the past five years.
My Experience as a Dairy Ambassador
As an ambassador I have had the opportunity to visit family farms and learned first-hand what goes on from how the animals are cared for, including their feed and nutrition to how cow’s milk is handled with strict food safety measures from the farm to the store. I have been to seminars, webinars, and conferences to learn the latest on dairy and health.
My last one was extremely interesting. I learned about the food matrix–particularly the matrix of milk. I recommend watching that video where I share how important is eating foods closest to how nature provides them due to the food matrix.
Why I Love Dairy
My tips are unbiased because I truly love milk and believe in its benefits as a nutrition expert even with my lactose intolerance. I am confident in the lactose-free dairy milk and dairy food options that are available.
