Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat or fat level of choice
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro fresh
  • Squeeze lime juice salt, and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix cottage cheese with diced avocado and cherry tomatoes. Squeeze lime juice over the top and season with salt and pepper.
