Ingredients:
6 Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Sugar
1 Garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 to 2 Chili peppers, crushed
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to broil (450 degrees). Combine sugar, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and chili in a plastic bag. Add pork tenderloin and marinate for 30 minutes to one full day.
- Cover baking sheet with foil, and lighlty spray with sesame oil. Place marinated meat on cooking tray. Place in oven and cook on each side for 3 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings (1 slice per serving)
