Pichuberry-Orange Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect way to get your day started. Using dried Pichuberry, this smoothie contains vitamin D and vitamin A to help with energy and anti-oxidant power. With orange, you also add in some vitamin C for immune boosting health.

Serves: 2   Serving Size: 1 cup

Reboot Servings: 1.0 Fruit, .5 Non-Starchy Vegetables, 1.2 Fat, 0.8 Meat or Vegetarian Meat

Ingredients

1/3 cup dried Pichuberry
½ cup carrot, sliced
1 whole orange, peeled
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ teaspoon ginger, minced
1 cup coconut water

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add more coconut water until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.
