My mentee, Tracy Williams, is a nutritionist and a future registered dietitian who is joining me on my show to share some tips for an easy and nutritious recipe accessible for people with disabilities to make themselves. In this episode, we will be showing you how to make Spring Rice. Tracy is a dedicated advocate for her peers with disabilities and will be providing tips and insight into the obstacles peoples with disabilities may face with cooking and how to overcome them in order to still deliver good nutrition and delicious dishes to this special population.
