Ingredients
- 12 whole prunes with ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- ⅓ cup dry quinoa
- ⅓ cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder 30g of protein powder
- Rolling in coconut and chia pour about 3 tbsp on plate
Instructions
- Blend the prunes and water until they are a chunky puree.
- Added the cacao powder and peanut butter.
- Cook the quinoa with a 2:1 water to quinoa ratio.
- Add the cooked quinoa, chocolate chips, and protein powder and mix together.
- Make into balls and roll in either coconut shavings or chia seeds.
