Ingredients

  • 12 whole prunes with ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • cup dry quinoa
  • cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder 30g of protein powder
  • Rolling in coconut and chia pour about 3 tbsp on plate

Instructions

  • Blend the prunes and water until they are a chunky puree.
  • Added the cacao powder and peanut butter.
  • Cook the quinoa with a 2:1 water to quinoa ratio.
  • Add the cooked quinoa, chocolate chips, and protein powder and mix together.
  • Make into balls and roll in either coconut shavings or chia seeds.
