Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt, 2% plain or fat level of choice
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 12 oz frozen chopped spinach, cooked in microwave (follow package instructions)
- 2, 6 oz. jars of chopped artichoke hearts in oil or water further chopped
- 1 large clove garlic finely minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Enjoy with your favorite whole-grain crackers or chips.
