Herbed Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat or fat level of choice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix cottage cheese with dill, chives, and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve with veggie sticks or whole-grain crackers.
