High Fiber Cherry Kefir Smoothie
Just this one smoothie alone provides 20g of fiber from the psyllium husk, cherries, prunes, chia seeds, and spinach. Then I’ve topped it off with cottage cheese and kefir for natural probiotics for gut health.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Psyllium husk
- 0.5 cup sour red cherries
- 5 pitted prunes
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 3 oz. low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup plain Kefir probiotics
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency.
