Ingredients

  • ½ cup can peaches drained
  • ½ cup frozen mango pieces
  • ½ cup yellow or green zucchini slices
  • ½ cup carrots slices
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 serving protein powder*

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
