Peach Mango Smoothie
This smoothie is full of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and a lot of protein for long-lasting energy and satiety.

Ingredients
- ½ cup can peaches drained
- ½ cup frozen mango pieces
- ½ cup yellow or green zucchini slices
- ½ cup carrots slices
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¾ cup water
- 1 serving protein powder*
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
