Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Balsamic glaze
- 1 Persian cucumber small
- 5 Cherry tomatoes halved
- 5 Kalamata olives sliced
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
- Basil chopped, to taste
- 1 tsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese as your base.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the cottage cheese.
- Add a line for each of the following: cucumber slices, tomatoes, olives, and sunflower seeds.
- Top with basil and a drizzle of olive oil in an “s” shape.
