Watermelon may be delicious to eat on its own but this juicy fruit won’t keep you full for long. This salad pairs watermelon with feta cheese for some added protein and fat to keep you full for longer. Try making this for your next picnic!

Serving Size: 3 ounces
Ingredients:
2 ounce cucumber, cubed
10 ounces watermelon, cubed or balled
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon feta cheese
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and lightly toss.
2. Serve with mint leaves or by itself.
