Instructions
▢
Sauté garlic and onion with olive oil.
▢
Pour canned pumpkin puree into pan.
▢
Add milk and stir well.
▢
Add cinnamon, all spice or nutmeg, sea salt, and black pepper to taste.
▢
Stir well.
▢
Add cheddar and parmesan cheese.
▢
Heat the sauce for a few minutes to melt the cheese and let it simmer.
▢
Add cooked broccoli.
▢
Add the cooked high protein high fiber pasta.
