yacon syrup for low glycemic
Instructions
▢
Warm the milk for about 1½ minutes in the microwave on medium-high heat.
▢
Add milk, coffee, Peruvian maca, cacao in a blender and mix until smooth.
▢
Add agave to desired sweetness.
