peeled and deveined

Sauté your shrimp with olive oil and cook fully.
▢
Add olive oil to pan.
▢
Start with a sauté of red onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
▢
Once they’re browned, add the bell peppers and aji chili paste, and mix together.
▢
Add the parboiled rice.
▢
Add salt, MSG, black pepper, turmeric, and cumin.
▢
Add the chicken broth, vegetables, and mix well.
▢
Cover your pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.
▢
Once the rice is fully cooked, add the shrimp to the cooked dish.
▢
Sprinkle some lemon juice over the dish.
